My mom likes to try different things and we were all concerned when she made these for Christmas dinner. We all loved them & now she makes them every year. They're fantastic!

I have made this several times, each time it is the first thing gone! I like to use ground TURKEY instead of pork ( I have an allergic family member) and I add a cup of Ocean Spray Craisins, which give it a real zing!

This was very tasty but a little too much liquid. I would use less next time. The 1 cup made it hard to form the balls.

I fixed this recipe twice during holiday season. Using plain ground sausage with a little added seasoning and also with prepackaged sausage. Really goooood.
