I thought it lacked flavor. My husband thought it tasted more like candy. Actually no one liked it and we aren't picky eaters. It was just blah!

I added about 4 oz of bleu cheese crumbles and doubled the cranberries. Yum!

It was very hard to shape using the cream cheese spread because it was so soft. I wonder about making it with cream cheese or using half cream cheese and half cream cheese spread. The taste was very good.

Was good but I think next time I make it, I might cut back on the orange zest a little. After awhile that was all I could taste. This also tastes great with the Rosemary and Olive Oil Triscuits.
