Creamy Apple Bites

I made this using the fresh peach slices instead of apples and it was very good. The cinnamon sugar made me feel like I was eating a real treat.

it is especially good with a pinch of sugar and then a lot of ground cinnamon, but not to much or else you don't get the taste of apple and creamcheese.

I made this as an appetizer for my son's birthday party and everyone loved them (kids as well as adults). I used apples that had been pre-cut to save time. This is a delicious snack!!

Not only did my kids love this for their after school snack, but so did I! I plan to take for my son's snack day at preschool and add to hors d'oeuvre trays at my next party. Great!

I made this for a preschool playgroup and the kids liked it, but I think the moms liked it better. I would make again.
