PERFECT! Loved it!!! So nice to get a scallop potatoe recipe that doesn't take TWO hours to bake like most of them do!!!!!!
Some poster said it was "tasteless", so i added some black pepper, an extra dab of dijon, and made my broth with two boullion cubes instead of just one, it was NOT tasteless at all. Probably woulda been fine recipe even exactly as is.
Was nice and creamy, not dry,not runny.
I used the slicer-bar on my veggie-grater thing to slice all the tatoes evenly. Way faster.
