I made this the first time on Easter, everyone loved it. I thought I would try a little more Grey Poupon the next time and it was too much. The recipe is perfect.

Very easy to make and everyone loved it. Only thing I would do different next time is add more potatoes.

PERFECT! Loved it!!! So nice to get a scallop potatoe recipe that doesn't take TWO hours to bake like most of them do!!!!!! Some poster said it was "tasteless", so i added some black pepper, an extra dab of dijon, and made my broth with two boullion cubes instead of just one, it was NOT tasteless at all. Probably woulda been fine recipe even exactly as is. Was nice and creamy, not dry,not runny. I used the slicer-bar on my veggie-grater thing to slice all the tatoes evenly. Way faster.

This is very tasty! I add shredded cheese to make it even cheesier and it really adds to it.

I have never found a recipe for scalloped potatoes that has been succesful for me except for this one. I loved the dijon and cream cheese combo. My husband, who hates cream cheese, LOVED it!!! This was pretty easy to make and ended up elegant and tasty.

These are a family favorite. I have found to double the sauce ingredients though, as they warm up as leftovers better. I just add an extra diced potato then as well, so as it is not too soupy! Yummy
