Three out of 4 members of our family liked this. The pickest and hardest to please member, however was not so fond of it. I will make it again, though, since the majority liked it.

I made this last night and my husband and I really enjoyed it. Very easy to make, and the cream cheese gave it a great flavor! We used a reduced fat ranch dressing and it was great. I may try the reduced fat cream cheese next time as well. Yummy!

I doubled this recipe for a church "Soup Kitchen" dinner that a friend & I cooked for and everyone loved it, most came back for seconds and one man had three helpings!I know I will make this many times.

Very nice way to spruce up a standard dish. I made it the night before Thanksgiving dinner so it saved me prep time on the big day.

My daughter and I peeled at least 15 pounds of potatoes for Christmas dinner. We used regular block cream cheese and some ranch dressing. We loved the addition of the ranch dressing, but the cream cheese didn't really add much. We continued to mash our two pots with cream, salt and butter. Add the ranch. It is an interesting addition.

Tasted good. I added more ranch to it, b/c it tasted like it was missing something. Still didnt get it quite how I wanted it, but will def. make again. :)

Very yummy! These had a great taste! The only thing I would change is to add salt. I would definitely recommend these potatoes for a change without deviating too much from the original butter and milk version. Yum!
