the fish wouldn't cook, we even doubled the time. we ended up putting the fish on a dish separate from everything else.

Following the directions - nothing cooked & the spinich was dried out. I added more dressing and cooked it 10 more minutes. Not worth the hassle!

I made just one foil pack and this was great for a single dinner. Like the last comment, I had to leave this in the over a little bit longer than the recipe calls for.

Really good, but I had to leave in oven about 15 minutes longer than recipe called for. After the first check, the cream cheese hadn't melted and there was no steam upon opening packets. It was worth the additional wait.

I substituted catfish instead and cooked it about 10 minutes longer than suggested.The only thing i didnt like about this recipe was the cream cheese in it. It overpowered the taste of the fish.
