I made this for a party, and it was a huge hit. The leftovers (I made a double batch) heated up well the next day and was devoured!

It was a hit! I used fire roasted red peppers from a jar instead of fresh.

AWESOME! The dip was such a hit that I had to send the recipe to sooo many people at a recent party I hosted. I did add in basil to the mix for some added flavor! Also, I would not recommend doubling the recipie - came out a litte too dry. LOVE IT - TRY IT!

Good stuff. Very "greeky", I could really taste the marinade on the artichoke hearts. As with most, I couldn't find the pita chips so I used veggie toasted wheat thins.

This dip is fabulous and so easy to make! I didn't have enough Parmesan cheese, so I did half Mozzarella cheese which gave it a good balance. Also I used much less Feta cheese...only about 1/4 of a package. This made it so the Feta was not too overpowering compared to the artichokes and other cheeses. I took this recipe to work and everyone LOVED it and asked for the recipe! YUM!
