I've made this twice now for 2 different parties. Both times the appetizer disappeared quickly. I used the prebaked shells and I did not heat the cream cheese. I just spooned a bit of cream cheese in each cup and topped with hot pepper jelly. So quick and easy. Great recipe!!

These was fantastic! I served them at a small dinner party Saturday night, and they were immediately consumed. Some people ate four or five! I also used the pre-baked phyllo shells, and I used hot pepper raspberry jam. My husband told me he wants this recipe to be our "signature appetizer" from now on!

I was so excited to see this recipe! My Aunt used to make homemade pepper jelly and I remember eating it with cream cheese on crackers every christmas growing up. I made these for my family this Christmas and the flavors were the same I remember and they looked so nice for christmas. I used both red and green pepper jellies that I bought in the store and they were perfect. I had no problems using the phyllo dough but I saw the cups in the store and I agree they would have saved a lot of time. A really great recipe!!!

Okay, it tasted great! But it was so difficult to make. Phyllo dough was horrible to work with. I figured out a better way to make them than using melted butter. Take some butter flavored cooking spray and spray the phyllo dough instead of using the butter. It worked out much better. But I still hated cutting the phyllo dough. I'm just going to stick to a stick of cream cheese with jalapeno jelly on top with some triscuits! It works out much better.

The premade cups made all the difference. My biggest problem was finding them here on the West Coast - finally did at Super Walmart. Not only did these taste great, but for a holiday potluck they looked so pretty as well.

I didn't fix this recipe as written. I used pre-made phyllo cups and already made Jalapeno jelly and also some Apple jelly. So, it basically took me 5 minutes to completely make this. It tasted wonderful! I love the crunch of the phyllo and then the hot jalapeno jelly was wonderful with the sweet apple jelly. And you can never go wrong with cream cheese. I'll never make this recipe has it's written because that's just too much work and the way I fixed it is really easy and very tasty! I'll take this to every party I go to. It's a huge hit.

I love making this recipe, it is fairly easy, the hardest part is working with the phyllo dough. I may try the pre-made cups next time. I have been asked over and over again to bring this whenever we are invited somewhere.

i used the premade phyllo shells and i also froze my cream cheese before cutting into cubes. the other thing i did was mix the pepper jelly with apple jelly and it turned out really good...the hot mixed with the sweet was very tasteful. i will make this again for x-mas. fyi...this is not expensive to make.

I used packaged phyllo cups. This was irresistible! Next time I will freeze the cream cheese before cutting to make it easier.

I used pre-made phyllo cups, and pre-made jalapeno and pineapple jam. These appetizers received RAVE reviews from everyone. I will definately make them again!
