I love this cake! Whenever I meet someone who likes cranberry/orange as much as I do, I make it for them for Christmas. Very rich and decadent-great with robust coffee. Yummo!

This is a GREAT cake. Very rich-it has become a Christmas time "special" cake in my home every year. I love it! A tip would be to purchase the cranberries as soon as you see them as I have found them hard to find after Thanksgiving.

This is a very tasty Thanksgiving cake, but I would leave off the glaze. It added nothing except stickiness. I might add more cranberries next time. Very moist, though.

I have made this cake twice in the past year and both times I received requests for the recipe. The second time I made it I did not use all the glaze and I liked it better but either way this one's a keeper. I'm going to make it again this weekend and hope there is enough left over to have with coffee in the morning!!!!

First time I made this cake on Thanks Giving Day, Last year. All family members liked it very much and my husband asked me to prepare this again just after one week. Even my sister asked this recipe. Last my parents came to me. I am going to prepare it today again.

A delicious combination of flavors. Definately doesn't need an hour to bake, especially if it's in a specially shaped bundt pan. I use dried cranberries with an extra egg, and it's super.

This cake turned out a little dry. I did not even bake it the full amount of time.

I did add more cranberries, double to be exact, and it turned out FANTASTIC! I also used splenda and splenda brown sugar to cut down on calories and sugar! It was a huge success! Thank you for such a great recipe!
