Crunchy Poppyseed Chicken Salad

I love sweet and salty! I used a rotisserie chicken from the deli, it added a lovely layer of flavor! I always add the cashews once the salad's plated, then, lefterovers get fresh crunchy cashews. I also open a large can of pineapple tidbits and toss the rest into jello for dessert. Paired with some garlic bread, this is a complete dinner and a big hit.

I made this last night for my family. They loved it...even my 5 year old. The only bad thing is that it is not that filling all by itself. When I make it again, I will make sandwiches to go along with it. Great tasting recipe though.
