This was an easy recipe to make! It looks complicated but it is really simple. It tasted great and was at big hit at our Sunday School Breakfast at church. A few people wanted the recipe!

Great recipe! I substituted the pecans with crushed chocolate covered gram cracker cookies. It came out excellent!

This looks like an elegant dessert to make...nice individual servings for a party or such. To clarify comment from kellysue, each stack of 3 sheets of phyllo makes 6 cups with a total of 9 sheets making 18 servings. It also calls for 2 tsp of pecans to be sprinkled in cups before putting in filling, then sprinkling with remaining 1/4 cup of pecans using the entire 1/2 cup. I plan on experimenting with different flavors for filling, such as lemon juice and powdered sugar or maybe even peanut butter drizzled with a little chocolate...yum!

Really not so difficult KellySue, the remainder of the nuts go on top, looks pretty. The initial 3 phyllo's go for the first 6 cupcake's x 3 makes 18. Try it really is quite good and simple. Be careful not to burn the phyllo dough Elizabeth

The whole thing confused me and thus, I didn't make it. It calls for 6 muffin cups and explains how to make 6 phyllo cups. But, down below, it talks about the yield being 18 cups. I don't get it! Also, the ingredient list states 1/2 cup pecans but the recipe copy states 1/4 cup pecans.
