Ranch Mashed Potatoes

This receipe was good. I used dry ranch seasoning instead of regular ranch. Only about 1/4 to 1/2 of the pack is needed. My dad really dislikes cooked cauliflower, but didn't realize it had any in it. I will definatly make this again because of its nutrition values.

Loved it and can't wait to make again. I used Light Ranch and no butter so I wonder if this is healthier than the usual butter, sour cream and a little milk recipe?

would use less dressing to much of the ranch flavor,will try this again but adding something different, any suggestion

We served this as a part of our Thanksgiving dinner this year, and it was a huge hit. This is a really simple way to get some variety of taste from an old standard.
