Whenever I use Shake and Bake the coating is never crips and sloughs off the pork.

I did not use the shake and bake but made my own coating with breadcrumbs. These are great, the peanut sauce is just like satay sauce. We used romaine in place of the boston leaves. They are messy, but that is the fun part. My kids loved putting their wraps together. I just cut everything up and ate it like a salad. Took leftovers to work the next day. It was really good.

My porkchops were mushy too. But the wraps were to die for!

The pork chops were easy to make and enjoyed by everyone. My 4 1/2-year old daughter helped me make these. The wraps, however, were a different story. They fell apart. The sauce was good though, so next time I may try just wrapping them in a tortilla.

I did not use the "shake and bake." I marinated the pork in 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix for a couple of hours. The sauce is AMAZING!!!! It is so easy and tastes just like satay sauce. The wraps could be sloppy, but use Romaine Hearts instead! GREAT FAMILY FAVORITE!!

The pork chops were fine, but the lettuce wraps were not good at all. They were edible by the standards of myself & my husband (though messy), but my 7 year old did not like the peanut sauce at all. I will not make these again.

These chops were not very crispy. They turned out a little soggy and I would not make them again. There are too many other recipes out there to try.
