This was so easy to make. I used raisins, walnuts and a left over turkey tenderloin. I did have to adjust the mayo to our liking and I added a few spices. Next time I will add some apples.

I loved this turkey salad, and so did my guests! Only I substituted the dried cranberries for seedless grapes cut in half I also added a medium apple and some chopped walnuts. It was a huge hit for my husband and I at our first thanksgiving feast.

Wow! So easy, and so delicious. My new favorite turkey salad. It is great. I don't wait for leftover Thanksgiving turkey only. I cook up a small turkey breast and use that to enjoy it more often.

This is a very good salad to use up that leftover turkey. I doubled the recipe, added 1 chopped Red Delicious apple, and added more cranberries than the recipe calls for. It was a hit!
