The roast came out delicious. However, the horseradish sauce was not a hit. Too much mayo....

This roast was very delicious and so easy to make. I used my meat thermometer and cooked it to medium rare. I rubbed in some extra seasonings such as garlic powder, and I put the roast on top of some sliced onion, celery stalks, and bay leaves. I will definitely make this again for my family.
