I used chocolate icing for the hat. I split vanilla icing into 2 bowls, used food coloring to die one green and one yellow. Made the hair yellow and her face green. Used chocolate chips for the eyes and mouth. I got rave reviews form my coworkers! I'll do this again next Halloween.

I used a Devils Food cake mix and made the hair pretty dirty yellow with white streaks and her face a pale green. The kids at our Halloween Party thought it was way cool!I make a different Halloween Cake every year.

Here's a tip that worked for me... I froze the cake after I baked it. It is easier to cut (Use sharp or electric knife) and frost. I didn't use the whip cream or pudding. Just straight store bought frosting. Then you just throw it in the fridge to defrost. Its great. I am a simple girl and like simple stuff! You may want to make it a day before your event.

FOR THE FACE, I USED WHITE FROSTING AND ADDED GREEN FOOD COLORING AND YELLOW FOOD COLORING FOR THE HAIR. I COMBINED THE WHIP CREAM WITH THE WHITE FROSTING , MAKES IT MUCH CREAMIER AND SWEETIER, I DIVIDED THE FROSTING INTO TWO PARTS: ONE PART FOR GREEN FACE AND ONE PART FOR YELLOW HAIR/ADDED SOME COCONUT TO THE YELLOW PART.

I used white cake, it was excellent. The only thing I would've changed is the frosting. It comes out too runny, use less milk.
