Yummy!!! This cake was so easy to make and everyone loved it. I did add a little extra pumpkin pie spice to it and it was delicious.

This cake is AMAZING! I've made it the past two years and have gotten rave reviews on it. Not only does it look amazing it taste great too! To the reviewer asking about spice cake...YES, YES AND YES! It gives it that much more flavor. That is actually the only way I've ever made it. Love this cake.

A very tasty dessert that's easy to make. Make sure you keep it level as it slides very easily.

This is FABULOUS! I use Sweet POtatoes (1 1/2 cups) since I live in Sweet Potato country! I received rave reviews and had to give the recipe out several times. No problems keeping it together...no sliding here! I made 4 thin layers instead of splitting, as I am not a fan of split layers due to the crumbling they do.

This was delicious, I alterd it a little I made it in the 2 pans but did not divide into the 4 layers. Made it like a double layer cake,used the filling & iced over the whole cake, sprinlkled with crushed walnuts & drizzled with carmel...held together nicely. Will be making again & again
