Tastes too much like ketchup to me.

This was great with whole wheat eggnoodles. I partially cooked the noodles separately and added them during the last cooking time. Great recipe.

This recipe was on of my family's favorites I have made. I did not use the rice so I omitted the water. I instead served it over egg noddles. Its worth making again.

This was VERY good. I decided to try this recipe as I has some little frozen meatballs already that I wanted to use. I used No Yolk egg noodles & didn't care for those, would use regular next time. I halfed the recipe & it made enough for 2 with leftovers. My 5 year old really enjoyed it too. The ONLY problem I had was getting the cream cheese mixed in well, took a lot of work. Maybe have it at room temperature first???

I thought this would have tasted close to the original swedish meatballs, took me 2 hours to prepare and the family didnt care for it nor did I. I used noodles like other comments had done, it was to barbq tasting not like the yummy original, i wont be making this again.

Super recipe! I added Garlic powder, and substituted Milk for the Water to add richness. Just like mother used to make, a real comfort food!

If the barbeque sauce wasn't in the meatballs and the ketchup wasn't in the sauce it would be good. O yeah, noodles would by far be better.
