My husband and I absolutely loved this recipe. I followed some of the advice from other members, and it was amazing. I did substitute chicken broth for the cup of water, I used a can of italian seasoned diced tomatoes, added a can of sliced mushrooms, used a whole pound of mozzarella cheese (half in the middle, half on top), and 3 lbs of chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, basil, and garlic and onion powder. I baked it for 30 minutes in a 13X9 casserole dish covered with aluminum foil, after which I uncovered it, sprinkled the remaining mozzarella on top, and continued to bake for an additional 15 minutes to ensure the chicken was cooked through. It was visually appealing and so delicious!!! Definately one of our new favorites. Thank you Kraft! Thank you everyone for your suggestions and ideas!!!
