I found this recipe very easy to make and the flavor is excellent. A lot of times people think because it is low fat it cannot be good, but this recipe is above good. It is light and curbs the sweet craving without being overly sweet. I will make this recipe again.

just like with the orange dream cheesecake, don't use cottage cheese because the texture doesn't smooth out completely

I thought the end resulte was quite tasty, but didn't taste anything like cheesecake. The jello flavor seemed to take over, I think I'll try making it again but with a few modifications to get the flavor I want.

This Tropical Recipe is great, but I use Papaya instead of Kiwi, and then Grate a little orange zest on top. (Also, if you want to go all out - it is good to drizzle a little Papaya or Guava Nectar on top). You'll Love it this way!
