Family, esp 5 y.o. enjoyed this meal. It was a nice alternative to a cooked meal in half the time. And there were so many possibilities in terms of veggies. A winner all around.

My whole family loved this! I couldn't find the Oscar Meyer chicken strips, so I substituted with mesquite chicken that I seasoned from a seasoning packet. And it made good leftovers for lunch the next day.

This is a regular on our dinner menu. We like it better with freshly cooked chicken rather than precooked chicken.

Excellent! I like to add a bit of hot sauce to the ranch dressing which is simply a preference. It's a great lunch and the guys in the house loved it as a dinner. Will definitely make this again...
