This is a great dip. Great with fruit or crakers. It goes very quickly at parties. I did not use full amount of lemon juice.

Ive made this dip more than once! It is delicious and very easy. I served it at a party and it was gone very quickly! You should definately try it!

This is a really nice dip. Next time I make it I will am going to try less lemon juice though. I think the tartness took over a little too much. Might be better if you lightly coat the apple pieces in the lemon instead. Great served with any crackers. Overall I really liked this recipe & I will use it again.

I made this for a party, as a dish to pass. At first it was slow moving, then by the end of the night it was gone and not a drop left. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe.
