I make this for almost all of my parties-it receives RAVE revues every time, and it is always scarfed down. It's perfect to complement a heavier dessert option. I also have made it with individual servings using cupcake liners, and with/without the apple jelly. I would recommend not using raspberries, the texture is not quite right for the recipe
