This recipe is a hit with my picky eaters at home. Everytime I make this one my husband and children love it. Alot of recipes dont go over very well the second day but this is one I can scoop up and serve for leftovers!

I didn't have an 8-inch square pan so I put all the mac and cheese dinner in the bottom of a 9x13 pan and covered it with the meat mixture and 1 cup cheese. Covered it with foil and followed the rest of the recipe as directed.

YUMMY! I made this several times.never any leftovers. I used velveeta shells & cheese with pizza sauce, omitting taco seasoning & that was delicious as well. Great recipe kraft!!

In addition to the ingredients in the recipe I added mexican corn, Tostitos chips, Taco Bell sauce, and refried beans. My husband hates Mac n Cheese and he actually liked this. When or if you reheat put it in a Tupperware bowl with the lid. You can wat with Tostitos chips as well.

Very good...kind of different. Sort of like mac and cheese with a twist. I added some mexican corn, gave it a little extra kick..
