Tasty but kind of dry. Pretty easy, just be careful that you don't over-fill them.

Wonderful appetizer for a party! Everyone raved about them and they flew off the platter! One box of puff pastry did not yield 44 pieces though...less than half that many...so double your filling recipe and use two boxes of pastry if you need that many. I'll definitely be making these again!

I made these alittle bigger, and puffed up to be huge! Very tastey and light.

I used an 8 once pkg of cream cheese as opposed to the 4 and I used deli turkey meat. I also added some shredded parmesan cheese. They were very good.

Take a little too long to make, but they're great for special occasions.

The first time I made these I used the Garden Veggie cream cheese, they turned out really great. The second time I made these I left out the meat and used Jalapeno cream cheese, I added more jalapeno peppers and it gave it a nice little kick. If you like heat, go with the jalapenos!

These were a big hit at my party, but they were a pain in the neck to assemble. I think a 2" round is too small for 1 tsp of filling (the filling kept wanting to spill out). I'll definitely make them again...but next time I'll try cutting the dough into squares and then folding them into rectangles. Be sure to spray the pan you bake them in...they tend to stick.
