We've been eating this one for a few years too. It makes a great lunch for work as well, but just keep the tomatos and croutons separate to keep things from getting soggy. Also cucumbers are an excellent addition!

I have always made this before I saw the recipe. I would recommend making pita sandwiches with it. I know the recipe is sandwich without the bread but the bread fills you up and there is only an add'l 100 cals with. Also add extra cucumber to make it more filling

I found this recipe easy and delicious. However, I cut down on the sodium and some of the fat by using low-salt meats, low-cal dressing, and shredded cheese made with part-skim milk. It's still very delicious and much more healthy!! My family gobbled it up in minutes. Enjoy! :)
