Very Easy. I used Rotel hot, and it was super spicy!

I also use mayo because that is what we use. I added more broccoli to it and have also added shrimp to it which is very good too.

I think my guests, including my husband, liked this more than I did. I'm not a big fan of parmesan cheese. Otherwise, it was quite good. I used the whole bag of mozzarella instead of just a cup. I had no Miracle Whip on hand so I used mayo instead. We served it with tortilla chips.

This dip is really creamy and flavorful. I love that it served warm and it goes great with crackers or bread.

Have made this several times using fresh broccoli which I steam then chop. Also, I always use mayo with a little sugar in place of the miracle whip since I have mayo on hand. Very easy and always well liked.

Too much of a Miracle Whip taste. Need to add freshly minced garlic and/or onion and not as much pimento. Would taste good with broccoli added to it as well.
