Every time I make this people rave about these cookies. I omit the nuts on top and use white chocolate drizzle to make them look more elegant.

I used the left-over crushed almonds from the dough to dip the chocolate side in, instead of the pistacios. I personally did not like these cookies, they smelled like play dough! But, I had made them for a Christmas party and everyone loved them. I brought home an empty tin!

These were YUMMY!!!! I made them for Christmas and they were a great addition to the other cookies I usually make. I will defenity make them again! The only thing is I used too much dough when shaping the crescents so they came out HUGE!! But they still tasted great!

My family loves these! I use crushed candy canes instead of the nuts for holiday cookies and I tried mint chocolate one year as well. They turned out festive AND yummy!

use a lighter weight chocolate for dip so ends of cookies don't break off
