I agree with previous reviews that it needed more sauce. I added water and some cream to juice it up a bit. Also added oregano, basil, and garlic powder to the sauce. Next time I would add some seasoned salt to the meatballs, and maybe more spices.

This was okay, but I feel like it tasted a bit too close to meatloaf. Definitely added at least one more c of sauce, otherwise not enough for the entire pound of spaghetti.

I thought these turned out to taste wonderful. I also had some problem though keeping the meatballs together. It kind of ended up being more of a meaty spagetti sauce. But it did taste good.

maybe I used the wrong sized cooker It was hard to get the meatballs out without breaking them they were bland

I loved this recipe because it was so easy. I just bought a slow cooker and had no idea how great they were, thanks for the recipes using my slow cooker.

Wasn't a very big fan of this. Like other raters mentioned, it needs more seasoning or something...it was pretty bland.

The meatballs needed more seasoning. The name spicy meatballs is not a good name for this dish.

imade this recipe & hada crockpot full of grease, the meatballs had so much grease in them i had to throw them away.
