This was easy to make! I let the blue layer set for about an hour, then I put in the cool whip and put it in the freezer for about half an hour, then after letting the red layer sit at room temp for about half an hour, I poured it on slowly... the trick is not to pour it over one spot, or it will eat through the cool whip, pour it with a spoon better. Everyone loved it!
