A tasty salad. A loaf of rosemary herb bread makes a fabulous addition and fills you up the rest of the way.

I think this salad was the best I've ever made. It was easy and my family actually cleaned their plates!

This is a wonderfully easy and quick supper salad. I serve it with homemade bread. Sometimes I use leftover meat from other meals that go nicely with the potatoes & green beans.

Haven't tried the recipe yet, however, we are doing a major remodeling of our kitchen (which will take about 2 to 3 months). Looking for alot of recipes that don't require a kitchen. This will work. Thank you roniej

This would be better with freshly grilled chicken breast instead of frozen chicken breast. The frozen is good if you are in a time crunch.

I grilled my own chicken the night before. I also added red onion and a little shredded low fat mozzerella on top. Very filling!

I used leftover baked salmon, and also added some canned tuna instead of the chicken, and it was very good, and not fattening!! Thanks for this recipe, at least it's something we can have even on our diet, we have lost alot of weight and don't want to ruin it now!

Try it with Kraft Creamy Poppyseed dressing. It has a sweet tangy yummy taste! It is soo good and it has no cholesterol, & it's low in saturated fat. We had leftover bbq chicken, instead. Loved it!
