baked for 90 minutes and the carrots were not done. Maybe use frozen carrots or steam in micro a few before putting the recipe together. Chicken wes really done.

potatotes took too long to get done. They lost the flavour of the dressing during baking.

My family really enjoyed this recipe, especially my husband. Instead of the regular whole baby carrots I used a smaller size baby carrot found in the produce section. I also used about a 1/2 cup of zesty italian dressing, instead of the 1/4 cup in the recipe. It gave it a little more kick to me. I can't wait to make again!

My kids and husband love this recipie. The previous cook was right--it needs to be cooked longer for everything to be done and I didn't cover it. This is extremely easy and really tasty!

This recipe was good, but it needs to be cooked longer than it calls for....cook for 90 min. and do not cover with tin foil! The recipe does not specify this, but do not cover it...othrwise it will not cook properly!
