this recipe was a hit with my family.i did change it a little instead of the vanilla pudding in the middle i made a milk based jello to make it more flavorfull 2 cups of super hot milk simmered with a stick of cinnamon 3 tblps of sugar and a pkg of the unflavored jell-o

Perfect dessert for the 4th of July. Was time consuming but worth the effort. I used all jello-sugar free gelatins, except for the Berry Blue because I couldn't find it in sugar free- next time instead of mixing ice cream in with the lemon gelatin, I think I'll mix in Cool Whip Free instead. Also, I used French Vanilla flavored ice cream in place of regular vanilla. Turned out fantastic! Everyone applauded me.

The lemon Jell-o doesn't look right in this recipe. I think I would use COOLWHIP insteat of the lemon Jell-o to make it look more like a white layer.

I made this for a 4th of July cookout we had wt work. It was beautiful. The only problem was how to keep it cool once it was out of the fridge. I had to leave it out. So overall, it was good.

I made this today for a 4th of July picnic and it was a big success. It was a very hot day and having something cool and light is what everyone was looking for. It was also delicious!

This was wonderful! I made this for the first time and if you are patient and follow the recipe to the "t" it's very easy. And so beautiful! I will make this again with different flavors and fruits.

I have made this recipe for the last 2 years on the 4th of July and is very simple. It is time consuming, but well worth it. This is definitely a crowd pleaser that everyone will oohh and aahh over.

i made this mold, but substituted ice cream with frozen yogurt because it said i could. when i put the bottom layer on top (the blueberries) some of the lemon center seaped through. i left it in the refrigerater almost 24 hours, and when i went to take it out, the whole thing collapsed, it may be because i chose frozen yogurt, but i wouldn't suggest this; it was time consuming as well.
