My husband loves cheesecake and this is the first I have ever made. He said it was the best he had ever had. I personally don't like cheesecake but he didn't mind. He ate the whole pie in 2 days with no help.

This was ok-it didn't firm up well. I think it is better to use an electric mixer than and mix. I will try it again.

I love this recipe. It's easy to jazz it up too. For example, during this time of year you can usually find the General Foods International Coffees Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice. If you add 1/3 cup of that after mixing the cream cheese and sugar and use the French Vanilla Cool Whip, it makes a great Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake.

My family loves it very much and wouldn't settle for anything else. It's very light and not heavy like the original recipe that I make for blueberry cream cheese pie. I would recommend this to anyone.

My mom and I found this recipe a few years ago and I now make this for my family on every special get-to-gether. Its a hit, sometimes I have to make 2. I have even jazzed it up by making designs with chocolate on top!!!
