I think if I were to make it again, I'd use oregano and basil in place of the cinnamon.

My whole family loved this. I didn't change a thing in the recipe. It's a quick and easy version of Greek Pastistio, the traditional version of which takes hours to prepare. Puffed up and browned very prettily.

This is just no words for it good. I have twin 7 year olds, 2 1/2 old and husband, ALL BOYS!! They all loved this and I did not change anything at all. Mixes together great. YUMMMMM!!!

I would add a little more onion. also would add a touch of green chili, and a small red pepper sauted all together and then add that to the cooked hamburger....

This was great! I did leave out the nutmeg because I didn't have on hand, and I added some diced tomato to the meat. My 2yr ate it up as well. Will make again!

I loved this recipe, my only problem was the egg topping. I could not figure out if I liked it or not. I will definitely make this again, but will probably omit the egg mixture on top and just add a layer of cheddar cheese instead. But I loved the cinnamon and nutmeg in the meat mixture. It was very different and very tasty.
