I followed the directions for stuffing the bird and I added in apples and cheese but nobody liked it with the apples. I did however baste my turkey every 45 minutes with a butter, garlic and parsley mixture and it was the best turkey I ever made. It was so moist and you could taste the garlic right down to the bone, delicious.

just a suggestion...why not have the "jazz it up" shown under the recipe? That would lessen the confusion about this recipe.

Very vague.......there is no mention of the "sausage" in the ingredients or directions as the name of the recipe would suggest.

I'm only 24 and this was my first year to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I was very nervous to cook a turkey, b/c you always hear horror stories, but I found the turkey 101 page on how to clean, season, and stuff a turkey. WOW!! It turned out great. My turkey was so tender the meat feel right off the bone once my mother carved it. Thank You so much KraftFoods for a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!
