I made this as a side to pork chops.Omitted the cinnamon. We enjoyd it.We finished it al. I don't know if it means we're big eaters or the 4 servings listed is two small.

Not the best carrots I've ever had, and I love carrots. They basically taste like baby food. They are a sweet though and don't have the look of carrots, maybe children would more readily eat them.

My husband didn't like this recipe, but I thought it was pretty good, and I usually hate carrots. It's very sweet and a little tangy, definitely NOT something everyone will enjoy. It's a love-it or hate-it kind of recipe. Make at your own risk.
