I love this simple cheese ball. I've also rolled it in parsley or red pepper flakes to serve to a crowd in case of nut allergies. I always get lots of compliments and requests for the recipe. One note: although leftovers (if you have any) are still good the second or third day, after that it really starts to give off an aroma of blue cheese!
