I make this appetizer with asparagus. Use full slices of ham, spread with cream cheese and roll around veggie. Cut into 1 inch pieces.

What about using celery sticks.. I'm going to try it with that..

The Deli sticks tasted wonderful if you ate them within a few minutes of assembly, however they did not sit well. The actual cracker sticks got soggy and soft after just a short time on a buffet table. I would almost recommend them for a smaller gathering and have the ingredients there to assemble as you go.
