This recipe is easy and yummy! I used crushed cornflake breading and different types of ham. I enjoyed making it and everyone enjoyed eating it, that's for sure!

This was so good! My fiance was a little hesitant when I first explained what I was making but after he tried it he told me he definately wants it to be a regular meal!

I love this recipe! It is so simple and so delicious! The only change I made was I used milk instead of egg product(didn't have any so I substituted!) and they turned out great! I have already made this twice for my family and they love it too!

I loved making this dish an my company loved eating it. It displayed nicely and the flavor was delicious and moist. It looked like it was harder to make than it was. The most difficult part bein "pounding" the chicken to 1/4 inch which really wasn't difficult at all. Great for company. I serve it with rice almonine, dinner rolls, caesar salad and fruit salad. Great dinner.

I made this recipe minus the egg and the bread crumbs, to cut back on fat, instead I used parmesan cheese and black pepper and horseradish mustard. It turn out better than I thought. I will definitely make this again.
