I think next time I would use Peanut butter instead or serve it as a dip! Also I packed this in my husband's lunch without telling him what it was and he didn't eat it because he thought the apple was rotten :) lol

I would use the cheese spread as a dip for the apples instead of a stuffing. the apples browned and looked awful, but the cheese was good.

This is a great quick snack for my teen. She can change the flavor by using flavored Philly.

can i say yum! this was tasty and a good snack for the kids. I saved the left overs in the fridge and the kids ate them a few days later.
