Picnic Macaroni Salad

I have made this recipe several times with a variety of entrees. It is great everytime. I used ready to use bacon bits from Oscar Meyer which makes for quicker prep (for me anyway).

My family loved this dish. My husband liked it better after it set in the frig over night. He thought it had a better flavor.

Delicious! Especially on a hot summer day. I have also subsituted the bacon with cubed ham and cubed chicken and also added halved cherry tomatoes.
