EXCELLENT! Super easy and quick to make. Big hit with friend who loves carmel and also with me (who is not a huge carmel fan.) Students were begging me to make more for their birthday!!

Let me tell you that these cookies are so easy to make I don't know why I felt so intimidated to make them. All though when they do frim up later like it says the carmel does not ooze, but they are still so good. It is a good tasting cookie. Becareful when and if you want to heat them up in the micro to get that ooze effect it will get hot and burn you mouth. BECAREFUL! To me they were good either way next time I will try the marshmallow inside.

These were really easy to make and they turned out wonderful. I improvised by putting some candy bars in a few and my husband really liked that.
