I made this cheesecake without adding the fruit and even without that extra flavor it was stil very good. This was the first time I've ever baked a real cheesecake so I was glad this recipe was so simple. Next time I will definetly add fruit and I'm sure it will be delicious. The only thing I didn't like was using the premade crust. I bought a crust to save time, but it never tastes very good or cooks properly. Next time I'll just make my own.

I made this once, and now everytime the family gets together, they ask me to bring the "Amarettio Cheesecake with the fruits on top."

Great recipe! Terrific alternative when I'm short on time to the 2-hour French Amaretto cheesecake recipe I use when I'm trying to impress people. Amaretto flavor can stand alone, or is good with berry or chocolate topping.
