I was unable to find the wafers the recipe required, but i just used Oreos instead and they worked great. Other than that it was a hit at my halloween party!

So YUMMY! I used normal graham cracker crumbs and just decorated with candy corn. My family couldn't stop eating this! I'm planning on making it for a potluck in a few weeks!

colour of gelatin can be changed to match the occassion or holiday: -red gelatin for Valentines day -green gelatin for St Patricks day -blue gelatin and gummy fish to make a "Sea World" dessert -make 2 different colors/layers of gelatin and get even more creative (like for your favourite football team's colors, 4th of July cake) the possibilities are endless.........

My family loved this recipe and they are BIG into sweets and desserts. The second time I made it, I substituted chocolate flavored graham crackers for the cookies, used Philadelphia Free Cream Cheese, Free Cool Whip, and sugar-free Jello. It was just as good, a bit healthier, and my family had no idea! I made it for Thanksgiving too, with different decorations.

I followed the suggestion of others and doubled the amounts in the cream chesse layer, also used a smaller pan. I added some Splenda to the cream cheese. Next time I will add more. Still tasted good the next day, will probably make again.

This was delicious but be careful not to pour the gelatin until it is partially set or the cream cheese layer will bubble up over it.

It is a great jello dessert for Halloween, and also real easy and quick to make. I would also make it for other occasions to.
