My family LOVED this at Thanksgiving & begged for it again at Christmas. I also made the Cranberry Squares with the leftovers & they were a huge hit! This will be a regular traditon at our house!

I used Cointreau (an orange flavored liqueur) instead of brandy and it was divine!! Definately a winner.

I wondered how it would turn out and was wonderfully surprised. I can use this in any number of ways, on it's own or in cookie/cake recipe's. My family likes it as "cranberry sauce" for Thanksgiving, Christmas and other meals. I now keep fresh cranberries in my freeze for use whenever I need them.

It is very good and easy to make. It stores in the refrigerator easily and can be mixed with just abot anything or even eaten by itself.

Oh, this was so good AND easy. No need to worry about cooking. It made its own juice in the oven. To one half I added 2 Tablespoons of Grey Goose Vodka (next time I would add a little more) and it was like eating a Cape Coder and to the other half I added green onions and chopped up jalapeno peppers. SO YUMMY!!!!

We had another dinner to go to so I made it again with the brandy. It was great. I think I prefer it with orange juice and adding the cinnamon and pecans, but the brandied cranberries were a big hit too. I will be making this for gifts this Christmas.

I make this several times a year and as gifts over the holidays. My gift list keeps growing as people find out how wonderful this recipe is.
