DON'T rinse the seeds, you lose too much of the flavor, just pick out the big bits of flesh, then add 2 tbsps of melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake for about 30 minutes and YUM! Much more flavor and my kids can't keep their hands out of it.

simple and YuM! every year, my son and i have our annual halloween jack-o-lantern carving, and i've always wanted to roast pumpkin seeds, but thought it too hard... this recipe is EASY and DELISH!!

Thank You, it's about time we do something with all those seeds. I've bought roasted pumpkin seeds and they are wonderful. Now, I can do it myself. Can't wait to carve the pumpkin. Love it!

This is ok, but I have found that soaking the seeds in salt water first makes it sooo much better. This recipe is probably better for the salt conscious people.

Just made these today let the seeds dry out a little longer and i cooked way longer than a few minutes. I added garlic salt and season salt, they r very very good!!!
