Absolutely wonderful. Everyone loved it. I make this gravy every year.

I made this as an alternative to the store bought gravy I had in case this didnt work. I couldnt get it to get thick at all. No matter how long I let it simmer for it never thickened. So finally I brought it to the table and everyone enjoyed the flavor immensely. I also only used 4 tablespoons of dijon mustard. Which was plenty to us.

Unbelievable! Everyone loved it! A much needed treat after years of traditional (and boring) turkey gravy. I will use this EVERY Thanksgiving!

I varied the recipe by only using a small amount of dijon mustard. We had it with pork loin and rice. It was very good.

I made this gravy for my family to eat with the "after Thanksgiving" turkey and they loved it. I think I will try this gravy for Christmas dinner along with a back-up gravy just in case.

No one liked this one. The taste of Dijon is very strong so I won't be making this one. I had to quickly make another batch of gravy and by then it was too late, this had left a heavy Dijon mustard taste in everyone's mouth so beware! This has a strong Dijon after taste!
