The prosciutto kept falling apart when I tried to roll it I think I had it cut too thin. I would have gone with plain cream cheese for the mixture. It is a very salty dish.

I mixed up some cream cheese with vegetable dip and 2 tbsp. of mayo for the spread. This was a wonderful treat! My husband really enjoyed this as much as I did.

Very easy to make and my kids really enjoyed them. I have made them for lunch as a special treat.
