We used to call these Knox Blox. My father would make them for all the kids in the neighborhood. They are the best during the summer as a cool snack. These are the BEST!!!!!

I remember this recipe as Knox Blocks. It took me forever to find it. Maybe it could be listed as Knox Blocks as well?

As a Kid growing up I loved Finger Jell-o My mom would make it on the days I had to take a snake to school. Well that was a long time ago and just the other day I thought I would love to make it for my great neice when she came over to visit me. Well I found it and made her Green Apple finger Jell-o and she loved it and now I am going to make it for a Church gathering. I LOVE FINGER JELL-O

I use to make these for my children in the 70's and the 80's and wanted to make them for my grandchildren, so I am verrrrrrrrrrry happy that I could find it. I know they will enjoy them just like their parents did when they were young and still do as adults. Thank You very much!!

I have been looking for this recipe for YEARS,and I could never find the recipe for finger gelatin,ANYWHERE!! I was THRILLED when I found this recipe on the Kraft website, because this recipe was fun to eat when I was a child, and I wanted to make this for my own child to enjoy!! I made this recipe and took it to my 15th Year Class Reunion last year, and people were asking me,where I got the recipe from, because this recipe was VERY POPULAR when we were kids in the late 1970's,and 1980's! Thank You for sharing this recipe with us,it brings back so many wonderful childhood memories for me and for all of my friends and classmates!

Yummy... brings back memories of the 80's. Substitute 1 cup of the water with cream for the effect described below.

this recipe if awesome, but, years ago I think there was an ingredient that was added to make the name "Knox Blox" and it was heavy cream. That was on the bottom of the jello.....it gave a smooth texture and a little sweetness to the recipe. If anyone knows of how much cream, please let know. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
